You will be minutes from both Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Each condo is tastefully appointed and stocked with all you need for a home away from home.
Every condo is located either along the Big Thompson River or along Beaver Brook, which flows out of The Park during the summer months. Open your windows and listen to the river babble by, enjoy a stroll along the river path, go fishing from your private dock or gaze at the river from one of the two outdoor hot tub spas that overlook the river.
A perfectly central location for both day trips into Rocky Mountain National Park or taking in the shops, galleries and many activities of Estes Park and it's surround mountain towns.
Directions: Once in Estes Park, US Highway 34 becomes Elkhorn Avenue when you reach downtown Estes Park. Turn left from Elkhorn Drive onto Moraine Avenue (US Highway 36). Continue on Moraine Avenue through town until you get to the junction of US Highway 66 and US Highway 36. Take the Highway 66 Fork and drive approximately 1/2 mile.
