A Winter Park Tradition since 1939, Beaver Village has been committed to providing lodging to suit all tastes and budgets: fully equipped condominiums, deluxe townhomes, private homes, and historic lodge rooms -- we can accommodate all your needs. We offer location, value, public buffet restaurant, activities, amenities, service and experience.

Beaver Village has established a reputation in Winter Park for friendly and efficient service.

On-site we offer snowmobiling to the Continental Divide, sleigh rides, horseback rides, fishing in lakes and rivers, and mountain biking for all skill levels. A Public Buffet Restaurant and Ski rental shop are also on-site.

Amenities to choose from: swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, video games, racquetball, tennis, laundry facilities and more. Pet Friendly!

GROUP LODGING: Beaver Village Lodge was built in 1939 and is architecturally unique in appearance. An historic landmark, the Lodge opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1940; the same year the Winter Park Ski Area was dedicated. With 32 rooms in the Main Lodge and 22 rooms in our Lake Lodges just 75 yards away we can accommodated any size reunion, retreat or conference. Visit the James Peak Saloon on the ground floor for drink specials, billiards, music and regular showings of ski movies. Meeting space is offered to groups at no charge at the Lodge, prior planning requested. Beaver Lodge is famous for its all-you-can-eat breakfast and Dinner buffet, which are included in the rates for Lodge guests and open to the public!
