WEAVER: 2 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 1 set of bunk beds, 1 queen hide-a-bed couch, 1 bath

RULE: 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 bath and fireplace

HIDEAWAY: 1 bedroom, 1 king bed, loft area with 2 single beds, full hide-a-bed couch, 1 bath

RIO GRANDE: 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 queen hide-a-bed couch, 1 full bath, 1/2 bath

COLUMBINE: 1 bedroom, 2 queen beds, 1 queen hide-a-bed couch, 1 bath

GALLAWAY: 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bath, 1 queen hide-a-bed couch, 2 baths

BLUE SHADOW: Large efficiency, 1 bedroom, 1 king bed, 1 bath

A & B: Duplex cabin, each side has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 bath & kitchenette

C: 1 bedroom, 1 queen bed, 1 full hide-a-bed couch, 1 bath

D: 1 bedroom, 1 full bed, 1 bath

No Smoking and No Pets in Cabins

All rates are quoted for 2 people. Additional guests are $7.00 per person. Children age 5 and under free.

All of the above cabins have full bath, kitchen and living area. Each cabin is equipped with linens and kitchens are fully stocked with utensils, coffee pots and microwaves. Cabins are provided with phones and satellite tv.

RV HOOKUPS

Rates include site, water and sewer. Electricity is on individual meter. Each RV will pay for their electricity usage. All RV rates are for 2 people, the owner and spouse. Each additional guest is $5.00.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS:

Deposits are required to hold reservations. You must cancel reservations within two weeks of arrival or forfeit the full deposit. All cancellations are charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. The entire balance is payable upon arrival. Should you find you must leave before the reserved departure day, the rate for the time reserved will be charged. However, we will make an earnest effort to rent the accommodations, and will refund the full amount received for the occupancy.
