GOLD MINE TOUR: An Adventure the whole family can enjoy! In the midst of the majestic Rocky Mountains, the Country Boy Mine was one of the largest and most famous gold mines in Breckenridge. Today you can visit and venture 1,000 ft into a real gold mine at this historic and restored mining site. Open winter and summer.

BRECKENRIDGE SLEIGH RIDES: Dash through a Winter Wonderland in the majestic Rocky Mountains, on a hand-crafted red sleigh drawn by powerful Draft horses that will be the highlight of your vacation. Enjoy the beautiful mountain lodge and fireplace, indoor bathrooms! Our trails are NOT on the steep ski slopes, which is hard on the horses. Sleigh rides are about 40 minutes.

GROUP ACTIVITIES: There's no better and unique place to have a family reunion, conference, birthday, anniversary, rehearsal dinner, wedding or retreat. In the summer, we can help you plan a memorable evening of a mine tour with campfire and a Western BBQ dinner. In the winter, we can provide a mine tour with a delicious dinner in the cozy, rustic, restored Blacksmith Building.

Recommended by the New York Times, Today Show and The Travel Channel. The Country Boy Mine has been highlighted on numerous television features and written up in newspapers all over the world.

DIRECTIONS: Only 2 miles from Breckenridge. Off Main Street, turn East on Wellington Road which will turn into French Gulch Road.

PO Box 2332, 0542 French Gulch Road, Breckenridge Colorado 80424. Contact the Miners and Wranglers at 970-453-4405.
