    This distinctive three story lodge is constructed of logs and river rock, with a large front porch overlooking a meadow and the Colorado river. This spacious 5,500 square foot home has been remodeled and includes: six individual bedrooms on the first and second floors, and three bunk areas on the third floor, with three bathrooms. The second floor bedrooms overlook the great room. The spacious dining room has an old western charm with a fully equipped country kitchen.

    The area offers mountain biking with different levels of trails, golfing at 4 Championship Golf courses all less than 15 minutes away. Boating and fishing at Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain and Granby Reservoir are all within 20 minutes.

    With more than 150 miles of trails, the Granby/Grand Lake area has one of the largest snowmobile trail systems in the state. It rightly deserves the title of "SNOWMOBILE CAPITAL OF COLORADO" and was voted by Sno West Riders as Colorado's best and one of the top ten places in the region to snowmobile.

    If your vacation plans include Skiing, but you are also planning other winter sports staying at Eagle Eye Ranch is perfect being an easy ten minute drive to Granby Ranch and 30 minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort/Mary Jane.
