    Open all year. AAA approved. Distinctive Southwestern flavor provides a relaxing atmosphere. Many of the 27 cabins have fireplaces and pine ceiling beams, some have kitchens/kitchenettes with dishes and cooking utensils, and all have microwaves, refrigerators, color-cable TV, phones, and individual heating and air-conditioning. Cabins accommodate from one to seven people. Enjoy the largest, heated, outdoor swimming pool in Manitou (seasonal), hot tub, children's playground with tether ball, equipment and a basketball hoop, shuffle-board, croquet, horseshoes, volleyball court, picnic areas, and BBQ grills. Some units allow small pets. Our outdoor pavilion and indoor meeting room are great for family reunions, conferences, and parties. In-room therapeutic massage is available by appointment.

    WE SPECIALIZE IN FAMILY REUNIONS AND LARGE GROUPS! Our family reunion coordinator can assist reunion organizers with catering services, attractions and activity planning, special events, local service organizations, local vendors, and family and reunion activities. A minimum three-night stay is required for each reunion and group reservation made for the summer season from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The indoor conference room is perfect for family reunions with a full-sized kitchen, two bathrooms, a large color TV with VCR & DVD player, and a small attached outside patio. Our outdoor pavilion can seat approximately 70 people. We also have outdoor barbecue grills for family picnics.
