$62 per night 1-2 people - Single room, one double bed, kitchenette, full bath with shower, lake view.

$105 per night up to 4 people - Single room, two double beds, lake front, kitchen, full bath with tub/shower.
Cabin 7
$145 per night up to 4 people - Two bedrooms, each with one queen bed, kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, fireplace, lake front.
Cabin 4*
$160 per night up to 4 people - Two bedrooms with queen bed in one and 2 twin in other. Queen sleep-sofa in living room, kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, fireplace, lake front.
Cabin 6*
$160 per night up to 4 people - Bi-level cabin, two bedrooms with queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in other, queen sleep-sofa in living room, kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, fireplace, lake and river front.
Cabin 5*
$185 per night up to 6 people - Three bedrooms with queen bed in one and 1 double bed in each of the others, queen sleep-sofa in living room, kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, fireplace, lake view.
Cabin 10*
$140 per night up to 4 people - Horse Lover's Cabin - Two bedrooms with queen bed in one and two twins in the other, queen sleep-sofa in living room, kitchen, full bath with shower, wood stove, lake view.
*Additional guests are $5 extra per night
Cabins do not include daily housekeeping
Clean towels supplied every other day

Dinner Ride includes baked potato, beans or vegetable in season, bread, desert, cowboy coffee, hot chocolate or lemonade.
Breakfast Ride:
8:00-9:00, Rate: $30
Breakfast includes: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, french toast or pancakes, OJ, coffee, hot cocoa
*Recommended attire: jeans or long pants, boots or shoes with socks.

Policies
Check-in time is 2 p.m. or later. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation. The balance is due at check-in.
We do not have telephones or televisions in the cabins. Portable color TV's available for rent.
If you are going to bring a boat to dock at our pier, PLEASE let us know ahead of time. No campers, tents or motorhomes are allowed on the premises for sleeping. Our resort is not licensed to accommodate these vehicles.
NO CAMPFIRES allowed on Premises.
We have a strict NO PET POLICY. Kennels are available in the Durango area.
60 days or more notice of cancellation, a full refund less $20 service charge.
Less than 60 days, a refund for only the days the cabin is re-rented, less a $20 service charge. If not re-rented, no refund.
No show, no refund.
Early departures: a refund will be paid for only the days the cabin is re-rented.
Please note: if your reservations are made within 60 days of your arrival date and you need to cancel, there is a refund only for the days the cabin is re-rented. If the cabin is not re-rented, no refund.
Should you arrive after the general store closes, (around 5 p.m.), we will leave a note on the front door with instructions and a key. Our cabins are equipped with all bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. We look forward to your stay with us, and welcome you to our beautiful Vallecito Valley.
