- All contents are accounted for.
- Cabin is left in satisfactory condition.
- Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
- If cancellation is made with less than a 4 weeks notice, the amount of the refund will reflect our ability to fill the dates/cabin reserved.
- There will be a $50 accounting fee deducted from the Reservation Deposit.
- Security Deposit will be returned in full, by check, within 2 weeks.
- You will be asked to leave.
- Security Deposit will be forfeited.
Most cabins are lake side, ranging from 40 yards to 300 yards to the lake. All cabins are clean, heated, and have gas ranges & refrigerators. Blankets, linens, dishes and cooking utensils are furnished. Fireplaces and/or wood stoves available in some cabins. We provide picnic tables, barbeque grills and have a playground. No air conditioner - you don't need it up here! No phones in cabins. Pay Phone on property. Rates listed are for 1-2 persons (unless indicated otherwise). One night stays at Durango Resort on Vallecito are 1½ times the nightly rate. Different nightly minimums throughout the year.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to assure suitable accommodations. We require a mail-in deposit of two nights rent (first and last day) on all reservations which must be received within 8 days from time reservation is made. RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED ON TIME. BALANCE OF RESERVATION IS DUE ON ARRIVAL. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT ON ALL DAYS RESERVED.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Minimum of $100 is required on all cabins unless otherwise noted. Please issue a separate check for Security Deposit. BOUNCED CHECKS: There will be a $30.00 charge per check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NOTE: Only one pet/cabin unless oked by owner.
NOTE: Pets found in NO PET Cabins: NOTE: Smoking in NO SMOKING Cabins: It's only fair to everyone else.
No sleeping allowed in Motor homes or Campers & No tents.
Security Deposits are FULLY REFUNDABLE if:
A check will be issued within 2 weeks following check-out.
You will be asked to leave.
Check-in 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
(unless other arrangements are made)
Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
