Three queen beds and one double futon, sleeps 10 in four separate rooms. Minutes from Twin Lakes Reservoir. Within a one hour drive of: Vail, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, and Aspen. Aspen is accessible only in late spring, summer and fall. Leadville and Buena Vista are within 20 minutes. Local area activities include: hiking, biking, skiing, snow boarding, rafting, snowmobiling, fishing, boating, hunting, and horseback riding.

No smoking, No pets. Three night minimum required. Weekly rates are subject to specials. Holiday rates may be higher.
