On one acre near Rocky Mountain National Park with a delightful picnic area that includes a campfire pit and charcoal BBQ grill. The area is abundant with friendly watchable wildlife and a short drive to the Wild Basin a great area for hiking and photography; remember to bring a picnic basket and spend the day.

Our mountain cabin is approximately 800 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen with range and refrigerator and pine paneling throughout. The 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds) are ideal for families. The living area has a stone fireplace for cool summer nights and cold winter days. The bathroom features a tub and shower.

The Peak to Peak Scenic and Historic Byway passes through Colorado's most sought after vacation spots, including Rocky Mountain National Park and the Black Hawk/Central City gambling district and The Allenspark Getaway Cabin is a great launching point. There is beautiful scenery and interesting history along its' 55 mile route.

Located just off Colo Highway 7, 12 miles south of Estes Park, and 20 miles west of Lyons. Call 303-882-1824.
