Join us at our Family Adventure Center for professionally guided whitewater rafting trips and scenic ATV mountain tours. Located just 30 minutes west of Denver in Clear Creek County; Mile Hi Rafting offers affordable & fun beginner to advanced outings ranging from 1/3 day to multiple day excursions.

Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee your date and time. Walk-ins are welcome. Ask about our multi-Day trips and groups of 10 or more packages. 303-567-0717.

Rafting Adventures - We offer fun professionally guided tours on Clear Creek and Arkansas rivers.

The Clear Creek River is the closest raftable river to downtown Denver, only requiring a 30-minute drive. This steep, narrow and technical river winds through the historic mining valley of Idaho Springs and contains more rapids than most commercially rafted rivers in the state. The river is open for rafting from May through July.

This relatively small stream offers trips for adventurous beginners and intermediate rafters with rapids generally Class II-III-IV, as well as great beginner runs on Clear Creek River. For an exciting advanced trip, you will experience a drop of over 1300 vertical feet and weave your way through 30 major rapids.

The Arkansas River is the most popular rafting river in America! From its headwaters at the historic mining area near Leadville; through scenic mountain towns like Buena Vista and Salida; to the breathtaking Royal Gorge and beyond. . . Colorado's Arkansas River has some of the nation's most exciting whitewater and amazing mountain views. From highly technical Class IV & V rapids (the Numbers near Granite & Buena Vista and The Royal Gorge near Canon City), to relaxing & scenic calm-water float trips, the Arkansas has it all.

ATV Adventures - DISCOVER NATURE ATV TOURS

Join us for an exciting adventure atop an ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE. We navigate our way on historic mining roads through scenic mountains enjoying breathtaking vistas. You will experience the serenity of the untamed mountains coupled with the exhilaration of an ATV. There are many trails to choose from offering something for every ability and thrill level. Visit historic mining sites and the remnants of Silver Creek, a mining town of 1887. Complete safety and operational instruction are provided until you reach your comfort level. Practice courses are available to insure your familiarity with your machine, as safety is of the utmost importance to us. All tours include a safety video, ATV, helmet, and operational and safety instruction.
