Four lakefront homes on the shores of Sun Valley Lake with spectacular lake and mountain views are available for your vacation or get-away. Sun Valley Lake is a secluded private lake 1/4 mile from Rocky Mountain National Park and 3.5 miles northwest of Grand Lake, Colorado.

Sun Valley Lake is a secluded private lake with catch and release sport fishing. We have boats and canoes available for guests to use at NO extra charge!

ELK HOUSE is a spacious, comfortable, home featuring a large, fully-equipped country kitchen. A great place to make memories.

WOOLLY HOUSE is nature at its finest with this cozy, intimate, romantic cottage tastefully decorated with a large deck overlooking lake.

BILLABONG HOUSE is a Brand new, large luxurious, lakefront home with huge wrap around furnished deck and room for the kids to play.
