Quiet, shady, and open sites with magnificent mountain views. Full hookup 30/50amp RV sites and cabins; we are a quiet family vacation destination.

The ideal base camp for any of the nearby attractions including: The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, rafting & fishing on the Arkansas River, hiking the Rainbow Trail, horseback riding, winery tours and many local museums.

Level Luxury 40'x60' sites, concrete patio, firepit and table at each site. Our Cabins also have a patio area firepit and table.

On-site activities: shuffle board, horseshoes, Playground, and basketball court. Our store offers a continental breakfast daily, pop, candy, snacks and items you may have forgotten, free WI-FI, and coffee lounge with Satellite TV.

Most Pets are welcome.

All rates are for up to 2 people. Group discounts are available.
