Welcome to Music in the Mountains 25th Anniversary season of orchestra, chamber and conservatory performances of classical and world music.

Tickets on sale now and may be purchased in person at the Festival Office, 1063 Main Avenue, and the Community Concert Hall Ticket Office, 707 Main Avenue in Durango, or by calling 970-385-6820. Student, group and series ticket discounts are available.

  • Monday, July 11 Celebration of Strings with Amernet String Quartet, 7:30 pm at the Roshong Recital Hall, Fort Lewis College
  • Wednesday, July 13 Latin Jazz with Mambo Kings, 7 pm at the Festival Tent, Durango Mountain Resort
  • Thursday, July 14 ÁTango! with Chamber Concert, 7 pm at the Festival Tent, Durango Mountain Resort. Featuring Guillermo Figueroa - violin and, Clavier Trio: Arkady Fomin - violin, Jesus Castro-Balbi - cello and David Korevaar - piano.
  • Friday, July 15 Silver & Gold Celebration with the Philadelphia Boys Choir, 7 pm at the Community Concert Hall, Fort Lewis College
  • Saturday, July 16 Poetic Elegance with the Chamber Orchestra, 5 pm at the Festival Tent, Durango Mountain Resort
  • Sunday, July 17 Gypsy Airs with the Chamber Orchestra, 5 pm at the Festival Tent, Durango Mountain Resort
  • Thursday, July 21 Harmonic Adventure with the Chamber Concert, 7 pm at the St. Columba Church, Durango, Colorado. Featuring Philippe Quint, violin
  • Friday, July 22 Stringfever a Special Event, 7 pm at the Community Concert Hall, Fort Lewis College
  • Sunday, July 24 Passionate Masters with the Festival Orchestra, 5 pm at the Community Concert Hall, Fort Lewis College. Featuring Vadim Gluzman, violin
  • Monday, July 25 Delectable Duo is a Special Event, 7 pm at the Glacier Club, Durango, CO. Featuring Vadim Gluzman - violin and Angela Yoffe - piano
  • Tuesday, July 26 Family Festivo is a Free Concert, 11 am at the Rotary Park, Durango
  • Thursday, July 28 Triumphant Trio with the Chamber Concert, 7 pm at the Festival Tent, Durango Mountain Resort. Featuring Guillermo Figueroa - violin, Gregory Hustis - horn, Aviram Reichert, - piano
