    1895 COUNTRY VICTORIAN B&B: 5 minutes from the Garden of the Gods. Each room has its own gas or electric fireplace. Two rooms have a private balcony. All have private baths, TV, phone, coffee pot, and air conditioning. Snacks are available in addition to a guest refrigerator stocked with waters & sodas.

    COTTAGES:

    Out West Cottage is behind our main B&B and sleeps 4. Fireplace, oversize Jacuzzi tub, and privacy create a romantic getaway. Enjoy a gas fireplace and a unique Electric Western Fireplace in the bedroom.

    2-story Cottage on the Knob in Manitou Springs sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor with a large & luxurious bath and a 2nd floor attic bedroom has a private balcony.

    All cottages have a kitchen (Goodies basket provided at Check-in!), living room, TV/VCR, phone/fax machine, basic cable.
