A Rocky Mountain playground on San Juan River. "People friendly & WI-FI " Large shaded RV sites, grassy tent sites, some set beside our small lake. Quiet, convenient off-highway location with cool evenings. All sites have picnic tables and fire ring and there are BBQ grills throughout the park. Cable TV and phone hookups, laundry, modem, fax/copy service available. Majestic scenery.

Truly a Family Friendly Resort: paddle boat on our small lake, fish from the banks of the San Juan river, or swim in our outdoor pool, play arcade games, play a game of billiards. Kids enjoy our small playground while you can relax! Our Camp-Store has groceries, snacks, fishing supplies, firewood, ice and ample RV supplies - so no worries if you left the marshmallows behind.

Near horse rides, Indian ruins, rafting and championship quality 27 hole golf course.

No discounts on riverside RV sites. Our Camper Cabins are made of logs and are not fabric sided yurts.
