At Royal Gorge Rafting you are offered a clean, friendly and personable environment. You will have the use of new, state-of-the-art self bailing rafts, along with all of our new river gear.

ROYAL GORGE RAFTING:

The Royal Gorge is one of the best Whitewater Rafting runs in Colorado, from the most amazing scenery of the sheer 1200' cliff walls that surround you to rafting beneath the worlds highest suspension bridge and the excitement you will find running through challenging class IV, V rapids. Good physical condition is recommended at high water levels and the minimum age is dependent upon varied water levels. (Minimum age 12 depending upon water levels).

The Bighorn Sheep Canyon is a beautiful and classic stretch of river often referred to as "the Grand Canyon of the Arkansas". This section is a great place for your first rafting experience and for those experienced alike. You will find tranquil and calm areas to relax in as well. Enjoy the magnificent scenery while watching for many of the local Bighorn Sheep that make this canyon home.

End your day flying back to R.G.R. by helicopter through the Royal Gorge! (minimum of 4 to fly from town.)

We are not only a full service bar and grill, we also provide free entertainment! Volleyball and Horseshoes out back in the courtyard, Foosball, Live music, DJs, every weekend! Poker night, Free wireless Internet with the purchase of any drink or meal, and much more!

Royal Gorge Vacation Rentals A riverside vacation rental on 37 private acres along the Arkansas River with access to rafting, fishing and sunning on its private beach. Comfortably sleeps 20 people. Rent a small suite or the entire home.
