Royal Gorge Vacation Rentals includes access to world famous whitewater rafting trips with the premier river outfitter of our region -- Royal Gorge Rafting (see link below). There are many activities to choose in our region which makes it easy to spend many days immersed in adventure as well as finding time to relax. Raft, hike, bike, fish or just relax and soak in the Colorado way of life.

The house is on private 37 acres alongside the Arkansas River with access to BLM land with three suites. Prepared meals in the new kitchen. Private Beach with amazing gold medal fishing. After a long day of fun have a quiet evening at home playing board games, volleyball, badminton, and foosball.

THE ROYAL SUITE consists of 2 rooms and access to the giant lower level deck and great views down to the Arkansas River. It has a full bath with a huge walk in shower as well as a 2 passenger jet tub.

THE PARKDALE SUITE consists of 2 rooms with access to two outdoor decks: one private and one shared with the Sunshine Suite. Also included is a full bath with a single passenger shower.

THE SUNSHINE SUITE consists of 2 rooms. Shared outdoor deck with beautiful views of the Morrison lime and sandstone cliffs behind the ranch. Also included is a full bath with a single passenger shower and a full jet tub.

Rent a small suite or the entire home; it comfortably sleeps 20 people.

We highly recommend the White Water Bar & Grill Restaurant just 5 minutes away. Canon City is 15 minutes to away and has a great riverwalk for strolling and biking. Plan to Ski on vacation -- Monarch Mountain is an hour away.

We can cater food to the house if needed and set up reservations for area activities.
