Open all year-round! Delta has all the wonderful activities you have come to expect from Colorado: horseback riding, river rafting, fishing, hiking, antique shopping, and golf nearby.

The only Motel in Delta that has a view of the Gunnison River, with 14 luxurious rooms, 7 overlook the river.

We offer 30 and 50 amp full hookup sites, some are cable and telephone ready. A 3-acre island has tent sites with no hookup. The island features a private fishing pond available for our guests only. NO FISHING LICENSES NECESSARY TO FISH THE POND.

Both the Motel and RV park are cable ready offering HBO, STARZ, and ENCORE. We also offer separate shower and laundry facility.
