ZIPLINE OVER THE COLORADO RIVER - Glenwood Canyon Zipline Adventures

Feel the exhilaration of soaring across the scenic Colorado River high above the whitewater rapids in the dramatic Glenwood Canyon! Pump up the adrenaline by zipping on one of our three 350 foot long Ziplines across the Colorado River and back.

Ziplines are becoming an increasingly popular vacation activity. Everyday adventure seekers can experience the thrill of flying across the Glenwood Canyon. Our zipline consists of a set of cables stretching over 350 feet between towers across the Colorado River. Once you're geared up in a climbing harness, helmet and gloves, you'll climb the launch tower, clip into a double wheel pulley and step off! The force of gravity will zip you down the cable, high above the river, to the landing platform on the other side. A zip back across the canyon on a second set of cables completes the exciting round-trip zip.

CLIMBING WALL AND HIGH ROPES CHALLENGE COURSE

Extend the action; dare to challenge yourself on our High Adventure Ropes Course; scale our Rock Climbing Wall and test your nerves on our Leap of Faith challenge jump. All are designed for extreme excitement and built with your safety in mind.

The high ropes course is built for both the challenge and for the fun! A series of cables stretching between towers over 35 feet above the ground form an assortment of different features. You'll be harnessed and secured on a rope belay system as you move through the course. There are several different elements designed to test your skill, balance, nerves and strength. A truly rewarding experience only attained by venturing outside of your every day realm.

Climb the walls! The rock climbing walls are fun yet challenging for kids of all ages!

The Leap of Faith trapeze jump is sure to test your nerves! The Zipline Guide will count to three and JUMP! Off the 35 foot tower reaching for the trapeze bar suspended in space.

BICYCLE RENTALS -- Bike through Glenwood Canyon on a paved path

For another day of adventure, stop by the office and rent a bicycle. As you ride out of the Resort you will be connected with a 16 mile paved bike trail running through breath taking Glenwood Canyon along the Colorado River. Bike to the popular hike of Hanging Lake just five miles from Rock Gardens. Many more mountain biking trails can be found a short distance from our gates.
