Trap Shooting - Sporting Clays

Sporting Clays is the fastest growing shooting sport in the world. It was invented by bird hunters in England to practice their skills where they launched breakable targets into the air to shoot. Currently, sophisticated "trap" launchers throw biodegradable clay discs to mimic the flight of birds. The object of the sport is to see who can hit the most clays. The 12 station course has 2 throwers per station, some consider our course the most scenic in North America. You tally your hits and misses as you move from station to station, very similar to a game of golf.

Horseback Riding

Ride on a working ranch, certainly one of the most unique rides in all of Colorado. You will regularly see eagles, hawks, elk, deer besides numerous other critters as we explore 6000 acres of classic Western Terrain. The trails are small and fun to ride. Travel through sage, aspens, and dark timber and alongside lakes and streams.
