Sleepy Cat Guest Ranch

    Sleepy Cat Guest Ranch is located on the Flat Tops Scenic Byway, just a few miles from the Flat Tops Wilderness Area and the White River National Forest. And is just across the road is the Oak Ridge State Wildlife Area plus Lake Avery is a mile away. We offer clean, fresh air in a remote peaceful setting. On 116 acres with one mile of river frontage. Our lodge offers a full service restaurant, lounge, liquor store, gift shop, conference room (seats 75), cabins, motel, small RV park, some tent sites and mountain bike trails galore.

    Fish year-round along the White River flowing thru our ranch, plus many lakes & streams nearby. Great snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing from your front door to the Flat Tops Wilderness Area with over 200 miles of marked trails. Let us be your hunting headquarters for the famous White River elk and mule deer herd.

    Dining, Banquets and Conferences: We serve the finest steaks, prime rib, sea food, rocky mountain trout and spirits in the region. Our walkout basement meeting room is an excellent for meetings and wedding receptions. We can customize your stay to meet your needs and make your next business outing or family reunion a success.
