    If you love the outdoors, you will love this new log home. Elk are common to the area and are frequently seen from the back deck. This vacation home has all the amenities with a gas fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD/VCR player, video library, video game console, video games, stereo system and ping pong table. From the front deck, take in the beautiful sunrise across a view of mountains that includes Pikes Peak. At night, you can see the stars in the sky, without the glare of city lights. In the Fall see the breathtaking views of the aspen golden colors that surround the home.

    In winter enjoy World Class skiing at Breckenridge (29 miles), Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, Ski Cooper, and Monarch, Loveland. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding, and snowmobiling are nearby.

    For Summer fun you will find incredible whitewater rafting on the Arkansas River. The Cottonwood Hot Springs is nearby in Buena Vista. If you like biking or hiking there are many remote spots that can be found as easily as walking out the backdoor.

    Great fishing is nearby at many rivers and streams, or at the areas many reservoirs (Spinney, Eleven Mile, Tarryall, Dillon, and Antero) all within a short drive. There are also stocked fishing ponds only a minute away within the subdivision. For big game hunters (deer, bear, elk, and antelope) this home is located in unit 49.

    Located four miles south of Fairplay in Warm Springs, a gated community, this property borders National Forest Land.

    Pets are welcome. Non-smoking. A multi night stay is required.
