Sushi and Japanese dishes. Open for Lunch (Tue-Fri) and Dinner (Tue-Sun). Closed Monday. Sushi bar and table seating. Great for a romantic evening or meeting a group of friends. The Sushi chefs are friendly and enjoy talking about their last fishing trip or what unique item on the menu is a special from Japan. When you sit at the bar you receive a complementary sushi salad. You may order as you go or mark the menu listed in both Japanese and English. Their menu includes a large tempura selection, traditional sushi, and cooked Japanese dishes. Be sure to try their signature roll "Tora no Maki" they start with a California roll and add fresh water eel and sesame seeds on top. Or for a real treat the Foreclosure roll (named for the price and not on the menu) a true taste sensation the closest thing you'll get to surf n' turf at a sushi bar and WOW eat it slowly! If you have sweet tooth they serve an excellent fried banana dessert with fruit and chocolate sauce. Best Sushi in Boulder.
