All cabins have phone, cable TV, heating, air conditioning and daily housekeeping service. Heated pool (summer only), playground, picnic tables, BBQs and FREE AM coffee. Pavilion for groups (Family reunions are our specialty.) Restaurant adjacent. Borders Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Close to all area attractions. Guests describe them as "A little bit of country - right in the middle of town."

Directions: From I-25, exit 141, west (Highway 24) for 4 miles to 31st Street, turn right at stop light drive 1 block to Colorado Ave. Turn left go 3/4 mile on left.
