All sites have full hookups for water, sewer, cable TV, phone and 20,30,50 AMP hookups. Private bathrooms. Laundry. Rec room.

10 park models (cabins) coming summer 2008! The rates for the cabins will be based on size. You will love hove modern they are plus they are built into the ground and fully landscaped making the entrance at ground level. They are geared toward those staying all summer; adult only, geared toward senior retirees.

Located in the city of Olathe along 1500 feet of the Uncompahgre River, the park is home base for area attractions and recreation including Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, Curecanti National Recreation Area, Grand Mesa's 300 lakes, five public golf courses, and Colorado Alpine Loop Scenic Backcountry Byway.
