Policies:	"Major Mid-Week Clean" included mid-week on stays of 6 nights or more. Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by parents, provided number of guests is within unit occupancy maximum. Roll away beds not permitted. Addtional adults over 2 are charged $10 extra per person per night. Check in time 3:00 pm and check-out time 11:00 am.
Nightly Minimums:	Regular Season: 2 nights - Nightly minimums may be adjusted at Manager's discretion.
Forms of Payment:	A $40.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Cash, personal/travel agent check, credit cards or money order.
