This ultimate Class A motor coach park has 27 40X60 beautifully landscaped sites with concrete pads. Riverside or hillside sites. The San Juan River runs along the north side of our property. There a riverside fire ring and picnic area. Concrete interior roads. Stay by the night, week or month or purchase your own site. Exclusive to Class A motorcoaches.

Each site has a mountain style gazebo with a covered patio and a storage area. All motorcoach sites include cable TV and free WI-FI (high speed wireless internet).

Park features mountain-style log clubhouse with deck and a hot tub overlooking the Sun Juan River. Beautiful landscaping includes a 12' waterfall, stream and fountain with a freestanding outdoor fireplace.

There is a business center with a computer, printer and fax machine in the office for guests to use.

The San Juan River beside us offers wonderful private catch-and-release trout fishing. Extensive stocking of trophy-sized trout of the San Juan River has been done by the City of Pagosa Springs and includes the river behind our park.

In the summer, the surrounding area has something for the entire family such as horseback riding, Indian ruins, whitewater rafting, hiking and mountain biking. In the fall, watch the Aspens turn golden or hunt for big game.

Location: One mile east of Old Downtown Pagosa and its world famous hot springs. One half mile east of the Junction of Highways 160 and 84, on Highway 160 near milepost marker 145, on the road to the Wolf Creek Ski Area.
