The Black Log Cabins
Located in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, Lake City is a small and remote historic town beckoning those looking to enjoy the rare and unique.
Alpine Village is one of Lake City's most historic properties proud to be hosting guests for over 75 years.
Newly restored in the Spring of 2023 the cabins took on a new black log look. Locally sourced river rock line the walkways, and natural stones take the shape of a fire pit in the common area.
As we continually work to improve the Alpine its our hope to share the authentic log cabin experience in the most charming way possible.
