Privacy, cozy accommodations, clean mountain air and fly-fishing that you've dreamt of all in one place. The main house features a sitting area with a beautiful stone fireplace, private bath, oversized claw foot tub, phone/modem, radio, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. The fishing cabin has a private bedroom, fold-out futon in the living room area and your own furnished kitchen. Our 12 tenting sites are convenient and surrounded by trees.

Our full mountain breakfast is included and served in the large Victorian kitchen in the main house. We also offer an afternoon wine social, 24-hour coffee/tea, and our famous "bottomless cookie jar." If you are planning an anniversary weekend we are happy to do a gourmet dinner for the two of you with advanced reservations.

Throw your rod over your shoulder and walk across the road to the Platte River where you will find world class fly-fishing at Boxwood Gulch.

Planning a small mountain wedding, we would love to open our B&B and property to you for your special day.

Recreation & Activities: Hiking, horseback riding, Boxwood Gulch Fly-Fishing, and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs are all nearby.

In winter the enjoy snowshoeing and mountain solitude.

Located near Shawnee on Highway 285, with easy access from Denver.
