A refreshing, budget-friendly, home away from home with a variety of lodging options! Standard motel rooms, 2 suites with kitchenettes, 2 rooms with kitchenettes and we've recently added 3 cozy cabins. We also have a limited number of RV spaces open May 1st through October 31st.

Soak, swim and relax in the healing, mineral-rich waters of our Pagosa hot springs! All of our guests enjoy complimentary use of our large outdoor swimming pool; peaceful, secluded outdoor soaking tub; separate men's and women's indoor hot baths. Open year-round.

Enjoy a relaxing massage from one of our on-site, licensed massage therapists. A variety of body treatments to choose from! Soak and Stay Massage Packages available.

Located in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs directly across from the beautiful San Juan River. Just out our back door is Reservoir Hill Recreation Area perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and just enjoying nature at its best! Enjoy strolling down the San Juan River Walk also directly across from us. A short walk to shopping and restaurants.
