Sunset Ranch has been owned and operated by the Schick family for about 50 years. Our ranch guests enjoy three-quarter of a mile along the San Juan River allowing for excellent PRIVATE fishing. Hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing start on the Ranch.

RANCH ACCOMMODATIONS: Smoke free! Three spacious 1 & 2 bedroom cabins on 120 acres in a forest of ponderosa pines. Each mountain cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas log stove-fireplace, outdoor furniture, grill and fire ring. Brand-new semi rustic camping cabin in the woods that sleeps 8.

PAGOSA SPRINGS ATTRACTIONS: ATVing and snowmobiling Wolf Creek Pass; hunting in the San Juan National Forest; 27 hole golf course; skiing and boarding at Wolf Creek Ski Area; Parelli Ranch, world famous hot springs with great outdoor tubs; and the annual 4th of July Red Ryder Roundup.
