The stunning San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado form the backdrop for Durango Riverside Resort and RV Park. Come camping with us and enjoy lovely views of the Animas River and nearby activities like whitewater rafting, fishing, boating, hiking, bird watching, mountain biking, golfing, and horseback riding.

Our family-friendly campground offers excellent RV and tent campsites, plus 19 charming rental cabins. WI-FI wireless internet access is available for a fee and cable TV hookups at all campsites (cost is included in the nightly rate), a convenience store for last-minute necessities, snack bar with a wooded seating area, souvenir store, ice cream parlor and the gorgeous Animas River.

Guests who want to stay in our rental cabins should be sure to bring their own linens and utensils, and please be aware that some cabins have baths, but others do not. Our clean bathrooms and showers are easy to access from any part of the RV park.

Durango Riverside Resort and RV Park is conveniently located off Highway 550, 38 miles from Silverton. Our Durango campground makes an ideal base camp for your exploration of the area, whether you come to do the Alpine Slide, take a glider ride, view the wildflowers, explore the ancient Puebloan ruins at Mesa Verde national Park, or ride the historic Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Train for a trip back in time.
