Delightful luxury chalets on 8 fenced acres, three acres are woodland adjoining the Rio Grande National Forest. We have a large stocked trout pond and 600 feet of river flowing through our property. Our Luxury European-style chalets are owned by Libby Crossley, and managed by Bart and Veronica Climie.
The Champoluc and Gressoney chalets are 1,300 square feet each, with 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large loft with 2 double futons and a television with dish receiver. Each chalet sleeps up to 10 people.
Three new additional luxury chalets are now up and running.
These delightful accommodations are located on the South Fork of the Rio Grande River in the beautiful Wolf Creek Pass Canyon; and 9 easy miles to the East of us on all weather US 160 is the small town of South Fork.
We are the closest lodging to the world famous Wolf Creek Ski Area, a short 10-minute drive east. The ski area, which gets the most snow of any Colorado ski resort, is located on the eastern side of Wolf Creek pass, just as we are. 25 minutes west the ski area and over the pass on US 160 is the delightful spa town of Pagosa Springs.
With over 250 miles of groomed snowmobile trails through the Rio Grande National Forest, Alpine Accents is your sledding destination! The trails follow the Forest Service Roads and are off Highway 160 and Highway 149.
Our chalets are ideal for a romantic get-away which can include private hot tub, may include winter sleigh rides, summer horse carriage or wagon rides, and more. Come stay with us!
