The DISCOVERY TOUR: A 45 minute easy and relaxing guided walking tour, for young and old. This basic tour, the one enjoyed by generations of visitors, offered year round. Whatever the temperature outside, it's always a comfortable 54 degrees inside Cave of the Winds. While on tour you and your family will discover new wonders around every turn, hear about the geology and history of one of the nation's oldest show caves.

The LANTERN TOUR: One hundred years ago visitors to Cave of the Winds carried candles and lanterns along eerie, dark halls that seemed to have no end into mysterious chambers so large that the fragile light they carried never reached the other side. Now you can too! Spend an hour or more your guide viewing truly spectacular rooms using only the illumination from your hand-held lantern. Direct your light into nooks, crannies, tunnels and chambers that once were believed to be the homes of gnomes and fairies. On tour learn about life in the 1800's and enjoy unbelievable stories and tales about the caves first owners and its visitors. Tours leave daily on the hour, Memorial Day - Labor Day. Reservations suggested.
