Green Willow Motel Cottages has been the Heruth Family Business since 1953. We offer good, old-fashioned friendship, hospitality and peacefulness while providing a safe and fun place to bring your family. We specialize in family reunions, wedding parties and group events.

We have 15 quaint cottages with modern conveniences. They are very clean and comfortable. They all have bathrooms and color TV with cable. Some cottages have kitchens. Linens, bedding and kitchen utensils are provided. We have cribs, roll-a-ways and cots. Complimentary hot drinks are provided outside the office every morning. Free high-speed wireless Internet is available.

We have a picturesque setting with many shade trees and a grand view of majestic Pikes Peak. You can either sit on your porch or out by the cool mountain stream that meanders through the front of the property. Wading is a great pastime for the kids. We provide chairs and picnic tables along with grills for cooking out. We even have a swing set.

Located in the heart of the Pikes Peak Region in Historic Manitou Springs with all the attractions surrounding us. Most are 5-30 minutes away. Here's a list of a few: Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Air Force Academy, Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek, Flying W Ranch, Santa's Workshop, and White Water Rafting.
