YOUR WESTERN COLORADO BASE CAMP with paved pad sites for all RV's, beautifully landscaped, and paved interior roads. As our guests enjoy strolling around our spacious grounds and relaxing under our abundant shade trees. Our covered patio makes a nice gathering place for groups and clubs.

Onsite amenties include: heated pool, shuffleboard, volleyball, playground and dog run area.
