    BRAND NEW in 2007, 59 full service RV sites with daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal rates. All sites have 50 amp service, are 45 to 75 feet long and have room for slideouts on both sides. Some sites are pull-thru. Handicap accessible restroom and showers. WI-FI internet access. On-site office, recreation/meeting room with TV, microwave refrigerator, coffee maker and sinks, and covered patio for guest use. Parking and picnic areas are at each site. Walk to the River Park.

    COMING SUMMER 2008 is an on-site 9 hole chip an' putt golf course in the RV Park. Average length of holes 80 feet with sand traps.

    Monthly RV Site Rates: $480.00 per month, or $450.00 per month with a reservation of 2 months or more.

    Pull-Thru Sites: 27 sites 65+ feet in length.

    Back-In RV Sites: 32 sites 45+ feet in length with side parking.

    Owned by the Gunnison Home Association, Inc., a Colorado non-profit, whose mission is providing service for Seniors.

    Additional Person Rate: Adult: $3.

    Monthly RV Site Rates (Electricity Included) On-Season: Range from $450.00 to $480.00 for two people.
    Off-Season Monthly RV rates available, call for information.
