#RAFTLIKEALOCAL: LET'S GO RAFTING! Raft like a LOCAL!

Family-friendly whitewater rafting trips on the Colorado and Roaring Fork rivers.

NOONER: Round-trip from the boathouse to Shoshone in 60 minutes. You'll have fun and be done with plenty of time to spare. Paddlers must weigh at least 50 pounds.

ROARING FORK HALF DAY: With magnificent views of Mt. Sopris and the Roaring Fork Valley, our float down the Fork is the perfect way to mellow out for a few hours. Disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what matters most.

SHOSHONE FULL DAY: Our trip starts with a run through the Class III Shoshone rapids. From there, we'll paddle through Glenwood Canyon before stopping for lunch. Then it's time to hop back in the boats to continue our relaxing float down the Colorado River. If you're not interested in relaxing, we'll break out the inflatable kayaks for you to unleash your inner-guide.

LOCATION: No matter where you start, once on I-70 take exit 119 (No Name), near Glenwood Springs and follow the sign to Glenwood Canyon Resort/Defiance Rafting.

FROM DENVER: Head west on I-70 for about three hours.

FROM GRAND JUNCTION: Drive east on I-70 for about 90 minutes.

FROM ASPEN AND CARBONDALE: Take Highway 82 north to Glenwood Springs and then head east on I-70.
