Relax, Restore and Rejuvenate in our 100% natural, iron-rich, thermal mineral waters as you take in the spectacular views of the majestic Mt. Sopris, Red Mountain, the Colorado River and the Roaring Fork Valley.

Nestled along the bank of the Colorado River, in historic Glenwood Springs, Iron Mountain Hot Springs features 16 smaller, naturally shaped pools that range from 98 to 108 degrees. A quiet zone surrounds the area to provide a soothing environment where you can relax in the soaking pools. There is also a larger, freshwater family pool where parents can relax in an elevated whirlpool and enjoy the incredible views, while watching their kids play in more temperate water. Refresh between pools under the cooling showers of the 'Rejuvenation Station'.

The beautifully appointed bathhouse provides locker and showers, along with a retail shop offering swim-wear, pool accessories, gifts, clothing and souvenirs. The Sopris Cafe serves an array of snacks, salads, wraps, pizzas, smoothies, ice cream and more, plus hot and cold beverages including beer, wine and pre-mixed cocktails. Outside by the pools, the Sandbar also offers a variety of refreshments.

It's the perfect way to relax any time of year after a day of activity in Colorado's amazing outdoors.
