WINTER: Ski and Snowboard at Wolf Creek Ski Area "The Most Snow in Colorado." Miles and Miles of snowmobile trails, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and ice fishing are all nearby.

LOCATION: We have the perfect spot to visit the San Luis Valley, along Highway 160 near milepost marker 183, southwest of South Fork at the base of Wolf Creek Pass.

We are less than an hour west of Alamosa and the Great Sand Dunes National Park. 30 minutes from the historic town of Creede, and the famous Creede Repertory Theater. Less than an hour drive from Pagosa Spring, Colorado; a 2 hour drive from Durango, Colorado; 3-1/2 hour drive from Colorado Springs, Colorado; 4-1/2 hours drive from Denver and Grand Junction, Colorado; and 5-1/2 hours drive from Fort Collins, Colorado and a 9 hour drive from Phoenix Arizona.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Durango take Highway 160 through Pagosa Springs and over Wolf Creek Pass near milepost marker 183 on your left. From Colorado Springs you can take US Highway 24 for a leisure mountain drive; or US Highway 50 for a drive along the Arkansas River to US Highway 285 to Monte Vista where you will turn west onto US Highway 160 River bend will be on your left near milepost maker 183.
